Designing the "All About Me" room - The Master Bath

Speaking of remodeling...We are designing & building more master baths than ever before. The master bath is an area of the home that is very personal, & homeowners are making it there own, many times without many regard for what others think. It is the "ME" room of the house, and we are creating some fantastic master bathrooms right now. The hot trend in master bathrooms is adding a TV to the space. People like to stay connected, and since a fair amount of time is spend in the bathroom, a TV adds a nice feature to those who like watching their morning shows or just soak in the tub after a long day & watch their recorded shows. (Picture a glass of wine, chocolates & the Bachelor playing on the TV) Ahhh

Speaking of the tub, many master bathroom are doing away with the tub and creating a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The medicine cabinet is becoming a thing of the past replaced instead by a counter cabinet that holds all the small toiletries and provides an area to plug in that electric toothbrush.
